Customize your billing in the ZENSIE dashboard
Your ZENSIE dashboard subscription is based on frequency of sensor checks. Since not all measurement needs are the same, we’ve made sure you can pay only for what you need by controlling the frequency of your checks. The sensor settings tab lets you customize how many checks are performed per hour, with the option to adjust at any time. Pause and restart sensors at any time for seasonal measurement needs.
How to pause your sensors in the ZENSIE dashboard
Go to sensors
Select the relevant sensor, and click start/pause to change its status. Pause or restart a sensor at any time.
