How to zoom in on data

Whenever you’re exploring data, you might want to zoom in on a particular set of data points in order to understand it better and have a more detailed view of a metric.

To zoom in on your data you can follow these easy steps:

  • if you are not yet  in the ‘explore’ mode, just click the widget (whether this is a single value or graph)
  • next, take in mind the time range you would like to zoom into
  • simply click on the first point of that range on the graph and drag your mouse to the right, while holding the button
  • and finally, let go of the mouse button whenever you’ve reached the end point of the time range

You will automatically be forwarded to the zoomed view of your data.
