The sensor kit consists of a sap flow sensor and a grid-powered 4-20 mA sensor module that wirelessly transmits the measurements to the Aranet base station. The sensor clips onto the stem of the plant and is suitable for stems with a diameter of 4 to 10 mm.
The Sap Flow sensor is designed for monitoring relative variations of sap flow rate in a plant’s petiole or small shoot.
