What does this moisture sensor measure?
The sensor is designed for measuring moisture in all medium. It also monitors electrical conductivity and temperature. This sensor is also part of the Irrigation Management Kit that helps you optimise your irrigation management.

How does it work?
The slim stainless steel needles can easily be inserted into all soil types. By using real-time data from soil sensors, growers can use a data driven approach to irrigation and nutrient delivery. All the measurements are real time visualised on the 30MHz data platform. Custom alerts can provide insights on which crops are in need of irrigation, and which are in need of drainage.
