This notice explains how Plantfellow B.V., trading as 30MHz (“we”, “us”), handles personal information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram whitepaper lead forms. For questions about your information, contact support@30mhz.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we receive your name, email address, company name and your answers about your commercial greenhouse business, crops and greenhouse area. We also receive information identifying the form or advertisement you responded to and when you submitted it.
Facebook or Instagram may pre-fill fields using your account information. You can review and change these before submitting.
Providing information is voluntary, but you must complete the required fields to submit the form. The offer is intended for people who own or work in commercial greenhouse growing businesses.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Handle your request and provide access to the whitepaper.
• Respond to enquiries connected with your request.
• Assess whether our campaign reaches commercial greenhouse growers.
• Evaluate and improve the campaign’s effectiveness.

We rely on our legitimate interests in handling requests for our business resources and evaluating their relevance to our intended audience. Requesting a whitepaper does not subscribe you to our newsletter or an ongoing promotional email programme. We do not treat submission as blanket consent to sales emails.

Accessing the whitepaper

Eligible applicants can access the whitepaper using the download button shown immediately after submission. We do not currently send an automatic email containing the whitepaper.

Access to your information

The form is hosted by Meta. Information submitted through it is made available to authorised 30MHz staff who handle requests and evaluate the campaign. Meta also processes information under its own Privacy Policy, which explains its international processing and transfer arrangements. We do not sell your personal information or upload the contact details collected through this campaign to create customer-list advertising audiences.

How long we retain your information

We retain lead-form information for up to six months after submission, deleting or anonymising it sooner when it is no longer needed. If you begin an ongoing enquiry or become a customer, we may retain the information relevant to that relationship for as long as necessary to manage it or meet legal obligations. This does not mean we retain all campaign information indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or data portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also object to direct marketing at any time. Contact support@30mhz.com to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or your local data protection authority.
